If necessary, a third-party licensed construction consultant may be brought in to confirm that all construction standards are met.
If we cannot correct the issue within 90 days (subject to product availability) we will remove our products and once another contractor has installed the same or similar products, we will refund your purchase price amount to you.

As a lifelong client of Yankee Home, you can call us anytime to inspect your project. We recommend an annual inspection for the first five years followed by an inspection every five years for as long as you own your home. Your concerns are our concerns, and we want to be available to solve them immediately. We ask that our clients be flexible when scheduling these appointments.
Yankee Home provides a line of door and window products designed to increase your peace of mind at home. In the event of a proven forced entry due to the failure of a Yankee Home locking mechanism, Yankee Home will reimburse up to $500 toward the deductible on your homeowner’s insurance claim.

To submit a claim, contact our Customer Support Specialist at 413-341-5259. If you sell or transfer the ownership of your home, you may transfer this warranty and it will be extended one time. This warranty does not apply to reasonable wear and tear, including discoloring or breakdown of any caulk or silicone after seven years, or for damage caused by a shower/bath system that was not properly maintained. This warranty expressly prohibits the use of unapproved cleaners and expressly excludes damage resulting from the use of same. In addition, this warranty is void if the damage is caused by contact with any of the following: dyes, paints, inks, certain cosmetics, or cleaning agents, abrasive pads, pigments, certain foods, paint remover, fingernail polish remover, solvents or other chemicals, cigarettes or other sources of extreme heat, or abuse of any kind whether intentional or unintentional. This warranty does not apply to any failure that may be claimed on a homeowner’s insurance policy.
