Rules and Regulations
By submitting this form and providing the information required, I confirm my interest in the possibility of remodeling any part of my home. I would like to hear about Yankee Home’s products and sales. I consent to receive autodialed and/or prerecorded calls, text messages, and emails from Yankee Home to verify my contact information, provide information about my account and/or purchases, and/or advertise its products and services, at the phone number provided above, including my wireless number if provided, even if my number is currently listed on any state, federal or internal Do Not Call list. All calls and in-person meetings will be recorded for quality and training purposes. My information will only be used by Yankee Home. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase. I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by contacting Yankee Home at info@Yankeehome.com.
1. Entry: Entries must be completed within the applicable giveaway dates 12/01/2023 through 12/31/2024 to be eligible. Yankee Home reserves the right to end contest at any time before the entry deadline. Minimum of 10,000 entries must be received before the drawing is made.
2. Selection: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries by Yankee Home Improvement (YHI) will make the selection at the end of the contest period. All decisions relating to the GIVEAWAY and winners are YHIʼs and are final.
3. Notification: Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone. Limit one prize per homeowner. Prizes are non-transferable and substitutions are not permitted. All Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Consent Agreement, and/or Prize Acceptance Form, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time frame period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Should winner of any prize decide to deny participation for any reason substitute prizes will not be drawn.

5. Prizes: There will be a one time prize in the form of a home improvement project with a $15,000 retail value, or a cash/check option of $5,000, whichever the winner prefers. We reserve the right to cancel any contest or substitute prizes of comparable value.
6. Publicity/ Marketing: Except where prohibited, your entry in this GIVEAWAY constitutes your consent for YHI to use your name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and or State, and entry (with or without attribution) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide and without further payment or consideration. In addition YHI shall have the right to use your contact information supplied in connection with this GIVEAWAY (postal address, telephone number, email address, etc.) for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Giveaway: is open to residents of New England within YHI sales area, person must be 18 years of age or older and a homeowner. This excludes employees of YHI and their families as well as any affiliates, subsidiaries or advertising agencies.
8. Cancellation: YHI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify this GIVEAWAY if (a.) a natural disaster or other signifiant causes beyond the control of YHI corrupt the administration, security or proper operations of the GIVEAWAY; (b.) fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the GIVEAWAY as determined by YHI, in their sole discretion; and (c.) any other circumstances, as determined by YHI significantly impacting the integrity, fairness or proper operation of the GIVEAWAY.
9. Additional Terms: It is your sole responsibility to notify YHI of any changes to your contact information. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the allowed number of entries for any drawing by using multiple/different addresses, identities, or any other methods will disqualify you from this GIVEAWAY and chance of winning any prize. Use of automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. YHI reserves the right at is sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10.OFFER IS VOID where prohibited by law and is subject to State, Local and Federal laws.
11. List of Winners: For a list of winners, send a self addressed stamped envelope to Yankee Home Improvement, 36 Justin Drive, Chicopee, MA 01022. The winners name, photo and city of residence will be published via direct marketing materials promoting the GIVEAWAY as winner of the prize. Direct marketing can consist of newspaper advertising, direct mail marketing, banners, billboards and/or other signage, commercials, television, web and radio. The winner may be posted on any and all applicable subsidiary websites.
